Chowan Arts Council Monthly Reception

The Chowan Arts Council has announced their Monthly Reception will honor Rhonda Bates. The reception will be held on Friday September 15th, 2006 at 5:30 PM.

"To the Point" - The Works of Rhonda Bates

Rhonda Bates is a co-citizen of Edenton and Frisco, NC. She is known regionally as the owner of Red Drum Pottery, but Rhonda's first medium of art though is painting. She received her degree in painting from the prestigious Corcoran School of Art and design in Washington DC. This exhibit will feature her paintings.

Come enjoy the many familiar scenes of our region that Rhonda has captured on canvas.

This exhibit will run until November 8, 2006.
