[A comment for my site pest - This is not supposed to be news. Jokes do not have to be true. Duh! This "joke" mocks the stupidity of transportation department speed bumps which damage cars and serve little value in safety. I had not thought about it but it also mocks progressives who fail to get the joke. Thank you for your comments proving that! Your rantings provide an unending source of amusement.]
