Conservative groups have not dumped $200 billion in political ads on the heads of Democratic candidates.

It evidently just feels that way to the White House.

Joe Biden cannot ever get things right. Ever! Which is why he twice got the number wrong, once after having had the error pointed out to him. Did Obama choose him as Vice President thinking no one would want him impeached with 'screw it up' Joe as next in line?
