ONLY the US Supreme Court
Has Constitutional Authority
To Conduct The Trial

by Publius Huldah - July 29th, 2010 - Canada Free Press

Does anyone read the U.S. Constitution these days? American lawyers don’t read it. Federal Judge Susan R. Bolton apparently has never read it. Same goes for our illustrious Attorney General Eric Holder. But this lawyer has read it and she is going to show you something in Our Constitution which is as plain as the nose on your face.

Article III, Sec. 2, clause 2 says:

"In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction."

If our Constitutuion means anything this case MUST be re-tried in the Supreme Court. NOT appealed to the Supreme Court. Re-tried in its entirety. If it is not, the Constitution ceases to exist. The hyper-partisan extremist, Judge Susan Bolton had no legal authority to try the case. Therefore her incredible ruling that illegal invaders have a 'right' to seek work here even though they do not have a 'right' to be here should be dismissed.

This ruling by Judge Bolton shows utter contempt not just for our Constitution but for our citizens and the rule of law as well. Of course you have to ask how competent is our Attorney General when he filed the case in the wrong court?

The problem is that no public official has the guts to ignore a federal judge. Political corruption permeates our courts. That truth is well known. It is true because of the gutless bowing by all public officials to the demi-god status federal judges have attained.

The State of Arizona should declare the ruling illegal and go ahead with enforcing their law. They will not do so because no one in politics, especially elected Republicans, have an ounce of courage or conviction. Corrupt judges like Susan Bolton have the power to do anything they want.

For her violation Judge Bolton should be impeached.
